Payment

Full payment of Summer Camp should be made to YCIS Beijing no later than May 29th, 2026. If your child is not currently enrolled at YCIS Beijing, please include their full name in the payment memo.

Refund Policy

Cancellation on or before 5th June: 100% refund

Cancellation between 6th June and 14th June: 70% refund

Cancellation on or after 15th June: No refund

Absence or withdrawal during the camp: No refund

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to public health emergencies, earthquakes, or other natural disasters) preventing or delaying the camp, YCIS Beijing will issue a 100% full refund.

If the minimum class size (5 students per class) is not met, the camp will be cancelled. YCIS Beijing will confirm class formation by 2nd June. If cancelled, a 100% full refund will be processed within 5 working days.

付款方式

请您不晚于2026年5月29日全额缴纳夏令营活动费用。请使用下方二维码付款。若您的孩子目前尚未在北京耀中就读，请在付款时备注孩子的全名。

退费政策

6 月 5日前取消，退还 100% 活动费用。

6 月 6日至 6 月 14 日取消，退还 70% 活动费用。

6 月 15 日及之后取消，不退还任何活动费用。

中途请假或退出，不退还任何活动费用。

若因不可抗力（包括但不限于公共卫生事件、地震或其它极端情况）导致夏令营无法举办或延迟，将退还 100% 活动费用。

若单个班型未达到开班人数（5 人），活动将取消。学校将于 6 月 2日公布是否成班。若不成班，将在 5 个工作日内退还 100% 活动费用。

Photo Permission

YCIS Beijing reserves the right to take and publish photographs during the camp. By accepting these terms, parents consent to the use of their child’s images in parent communications, school promotional materials, and similar contexts.

Liability Waiver

During the summer camp, parents agree not to hold YCIS Beijing, its employees, agents, contractors, or representatives liable for any claims or expenses related to the camp, except in cases of the school’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

肖像使用许可

北京耀中保留在夏令营期间拍摄和发布照片的权利。家长接受本协议条款，即表示同意学校使用学生照片，包括但不限于家校沟通、学校宣传材料等用途。

责任豁免

在暑期夏令营期间，家长同意不要求北京耀中及其雇员、代理人、第三方独立承包方或法人代表承担与本暑期夏令营相关的任何索赔或费用，除非因学校故意行为或重大过失导致。
