退款政策 Refund Polcy

2026 YCIS Chongqing Summer Camp Enrolment Terms and Condition 

1. Refund policy 

Cancelation On or before 5th June – 100% refund

Cancelation from 6th June to 14th June – 70% refund

Cancelation on and after 15th June– No refund 

*If the camp is prevented or delayed by an event of force majeure, including, but not limited to, acts of earthquake or other nature disater, YCIS Chongqing refund 100% of the full payment to the parents.

*If the class size is not reached the minimum number (10) and the camp is cancelled, YCIS Chongqing refund 100% of the full payment to the parents.

2. YCIS Chongqing reserves the right to take and publish photoraphs during the camp. By accepting the terms of this agreement, the parent agree to allow the image of the children to be used in parent wechat group sharing, school promotional material etc. 

3. During summer camp, unless it parents shall be fully liable for any personal injury or damage to other student's property or public property.

4. For students besides YCIS CQ, Parent must notify the school if there is any special medical condition of the children that requires our attention. 

重庆耀中国际学校2026暑期夏令营报名须知条款

1. 退费政策

- 6月5日前取消，退还100%活动费用

- 6月6日-6月14日取消，退还70%活动费用

- 6月15日及之后取消，不退还任何活动费用

• 若遇到不可抗力，包括但不仅限于地震或其它极端情况，退还100%活动费用。

• 若未达到开班人数（10人）取消活动，退还100%活动费用。

2. 重庆耀中国际学校保留在夏令营期间拍摄和发布照片的权利。家长接受本协议的条款，即表示家长同意允许学校使用学生的照片，包括但不限于微信群的分享及其他商业推广目的。

3. 在暑期课程学习活动期间，除校内设备本身故障原因外的情况导致的学生而对他人造成伤害或对他人财产及公共财产造成损害，学生家长应承担全部的赔偿责任。

4. 针对非重庆耀中的学生，如有特殊个人健康信息需要我们特别关注，需在活动开始前书面告知学校。

免责协议 Liability Waiver

Photo Permission

YCIS Chongqing reserves the right to take and publish photographs during the camp. By accepting these terms, parents consent to the use of their child’s images in parent communications, school promotional materials, and similar contexts.

Liability Waiver

During the summer camp, parents agree not to hold YCIS Chongqing, its employees, agents, contractors, or representatives liable for any claims or expenses related to the camp, except in cases of the school’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

肖像使用许可

重庆耀中保留在夏令营期间拍摄和发布照片的权利。家长接受本协议条款，即表示同意学校使用学生照片，包括但不限于家校沟通、学校宣传材料等用途。

责任豁免

在暑期夏令营期间，家长同意不要求重庆耀中及其雇员、代理人、第三方独立承包方或法人代表承担与本暑期夏令营相关的任何索赔或费用，除非因学校故意行为或重大过失导致。 

我在此同意让我的孩子参加重庆耀中学校2026夏季活动营，并同意相关免责协议。 I hereby give permission for my child to participate in the 2026 YCIS Chongqing Summer Camp, and I also agree to the relevant liability waiver agreement.
