‘We Care’ is a secure online safeguarding system that combines all the essential safeguarding tools needed in an easy-to-use platform. The We Care system allows adults to make a disclosure when they have a concern about a YCYW staff member or student. The system also allows the school’s DSL and CPOs to manage the disclosure and develop a comprehensive file for that particular case. Schools keeping accurate and detailed case files in schools, allows our Safeguarding and Inclusion Division to look at important data across the schools, giving us a complete picture of student safety in our organization.
