Full payment of Summer Camp should be made no later than May 31, 2026. 

取消及退款政策Refund Policy

• 5月15日前取消，退还 100% 活动费用。Cancellation before May 15: 100% refund of activity fees.

• 5月16日至6月15日取消，退还 50% 活动费用。Cancellation between May 16 – June 15: 50% refund of activity fees.

• 6月15日之后取消，不退还任何活动费用。Cancellation after June 15: No refund will be issued.

• 中途请假或退出，不退还任何活动费用。Early departure or withdrawal: No refund will be issued.

• 若因不可抗力（包括但不限于公共卫生事件、地震或其它极端情况）导致夏令营无法举办或延迟，将退还 100% 活动费用。If the summer camp is canceled or postponed due to force majeure (including but not limited to public health emergencies, earthquakes, or other extreme circumstances), a 100% refund will be issued.

• 若单个班型未达到开班人数，活动将取消。学校将于 2026年6月 20日前公布是否成班。若不成班，将在10个工作日内退还 100% 活动费用。If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement, the activity will be canceled. The school will announce whether the class will proceed by June 20, 2026. If canceled, a 100% refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Health Claim 健康声明

I the undersigned declare that the information provided in these documents is true and complete. To the best of my knowledge, there are no medical or other reasons for the applicant not to take part in this trip. The applicant is in normal health with no undeclared pre-existing medical or psychological conditions, or allergies.

本人声明，据本人所知，本人所提供的上述资讯是真实、完整的。申请人（本人子女）没有不适合参加此次活动的健康或其他问题。申请人身心健康，没有未申报的疾病、心理问题或过敏症状。

Liability Waiver 责任豁免

In case of an emergency, the participant (your child) will be sent to the nearest hospital or clinic for treatment.  While the school will take all reasonable measures as required by law to ensure the health and safety of students during this activity, the school and its staff cannot be responsible for any harm or injury to students resulting from factors beyond the school’s control, such as the acts of omission or commission of third parties or persistent misbehaviours by the student or other students. The school will in all circumstances aid and assist any student who suffers harm or injury during the trip/activity and notify parents as soon as possible.

如遇紧急情况，参加者(您的子女)将被送往最近的医院或诊所接受治疗。学校将采取一切合法合理的措施，以保障学生的健康与安全。但学校及此次的随行教师无法对不可控因素造成的伤害负责，如：第三方或学生本人的疏忽、过失或不当行为所造成的伤害。学校及第三方将全力协助在活动中受伤或需要帮助的学生，并尽快通知家长。

Photo Consent Form学生影像的使用

reserves the right to take and publish photographs during the camp. By accepting these terms, parents consent to the use of their child’s images in parent communications, school promotional materials, and similar contexts.

耀华北京亦庄校区保留在夏令营期间拍摄和发布照片的权利。家长接受本协议条款，即表示同意学校使用学生照片，包括但不限于家校沟通、学校宣传材料等用途。
