Programme Fee Refund Policy 项目费退费政策： a. Full refund if withdrawn more than 45 days before programme starts. 项目开始前45天以上有权要求全额退费。 b. 80% refund minus flight cancellation costs if withdrawn within 15-45 days before programme starts. 项目开始前15-45天有权要求退还80%（扣除机票取消费用）。 c. 50% refund if withdrawn within 15 days before programme starts. 项目开始前15天内有权要求退还50%。 d. No refund within 7 days of the programme starts. 项目开始前7天内将不予退费。
