Programme Fee Refund Policy 项目费退费政策：
a. Full refund of the programme fee if withdrawn before 10 March. 3月10日前可要求全额退款。
b. 50% refund of programme fee if withdrawn between March 10 and March 31. 3月10日-3月31日间可要求退还项目费50%。
c. No refund of programme fee if withdrawn March 31. 3月31日后不予退款。
