We help every young person conceive ideas, and through the guidance of expert coaches and mentors, develop those ideas into compelling talks and purposeful projects that inspire community action. With inclusive access and a strong volunteer network, we transform curiosity into confidence and ideas into impact—because ideas can change everything.

我们助力每位青年点燃思想火花，并通过专业导师与教练的引导，将灵感培育为富有感染力的演讲与具有使命感的项目，进而激发社区行动。依托包容的参与机制与强大的志愿者网络，我们将好奇转化为自信，将想法落地为影响——因为思想，足以改变一切。

Audience: The event is open to the public. In previous years, we have welcomed students, parents, and teachers from YCYW schools; visitors from other K–12 schools and universities; educators; alumni; community members; and guests. This is a family‑friendly community day, filled with inspiration and ideas.
观众群体：面向公众开放。历届参与者包括耀中耀华学校的学生、家长与教师，其他K-12学校及高校的访客、教育工作者、校友、社区伙伴及特邀嘉宾。这是一场灵感迸发、创意涌动的社区盛日，欢迎所有家庭共同参与。
