Refund Policy of Summer Camp fee 夏令营退费政策

For 2 weeks or Session 1 only 两期连报或仅报名第一期：

If cancellation is before and on 29 May, full refund 5月29日或之前取消，全额退费；

If cancellation is before and on 19 June, 50% refund 6月19日或之前取消，退 50%；

If cancellation is after 19 June, no refund 6月19日之后取消，费用不退。

For Session 2 only 报名第二期:

If cancellation is before and on 12 June, full refund 6月12日或之前取消，全额退费；

If cancellation is before and on 3 July, 50% refund 7月3日或之前取消，退 50%；

If cancellation is after 3 July, no refund 7月3日之后取消，费用不退。

2026年夏令营免责协议

为了确保夏令营活动的顺利进行，保障学生及家长的知情权和责任义务，特制定本免责协议。请家长仔细阅读并签署。

一、活动内容

本次夏令营包括英语、航模、篮球、水上运动、马术、足球等项目，活动期间将安排专业教师及教练进行相应的训练和课程。

二、风险提示

家长及学生应充分了解并认可参与以上体育及户外活动可能存在的风险，包括但不限于身体受伤、设备故障、环境因素等。学生应根据自身身体状况谨慎参加。

三、责任声明

学生在夏令营期间，应遵守学校及教练员的各项管理规定，服从安排，注意安全。

因学生个人原因（如违反安全规定、擅自离队等）导致的意外或损失，学校不承担责任。

夏令营期间，如因不可抗力因素（如自然灾害、突发公共卫生事件等）导致活动取消或调整，学校将及时通知并妥善处理，但不承担由此产生的额外费用或责任。

学校会为每位学生购买保险，并将尽最大努力保障学生安全，对因活动本身固有风险所导致的意外伤害，学校将在保险范围内承担赔偿责任。

四、医疗授权

家长授权学校在紧急情况下为学生提供必要的医疗救助，包括但不限于紧急送医、急救处理等，相关医疗费用由家长承担。

五、协议确认

家长已充分理解并同意以上条款，自愿签署本免责协议，作为学生参加2026年夏令营的前提条件。

2026 Summer Camp Liability Waiver Agreement

To ensure the smooth operation of the summer camp and to protect the rights and responsibilities of students and parents, this liability waiver agreement is hereby established. Parents are kindly requested to read carefully and sign.

1. Activity Content

This summer camp includes English, model aviation, basketball, water sports, horseback riding, sailing, soccer, and other activities. Professional teachers and coaches will conduct corresponding training and courses during the camp.

2. Risk Acknowledgment

Parents and students should fully understand and acknowledge the potential risks involved in participating in the above sports and outdoor activities, including but not limited to physical injury, equipment failure, environmental factors, etc. Students should participate cautiously based on their own physical condition.

3. Responsibility Statement

Students must comply with all management rules of the school and coaches during the summer camp, obey arrangements, and pay attention to safety.

The school shall not be held responsible for any accidents or losses caused by the student’s personal reasons (such as violating safety regulations, leaving the group without permission, etc.).

In the event that the camp is canceled or adjusted due to force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), the school will notify in a timely manner and handle appropriately but will not be liable for any additional costs or responsibilities arising therefrom.

The school will purchase insurance for each student and will make every effort to ensure the safety of students. For accidental injuries caused by inherent risks of the activities, the school will provide compensation within the scope of the insurance.

4. Medical Authorization

Parents authorize the school to provide necessary medical assistance for the student in emergency situations, including but not limited to emergency transportation and first aid. Related medical expenses shall be borne by the parents.

5. Agreement Confirmation

Parents fully understand and agree to the above terms and voluntarily sign this liability waiver agreement as a prerequisite for the student’s participation in the 2026 Summer Camp.
