2. 可退学费 = 实际缴纳费用—（报名费+材料费）— 原价/天数* 已上天数

1. 与报名时联系的老师提出退费要求

2. 根据退费要求提供银行卡信息

3. 次月退还到账

Photo Permission

YWIES Yantai reserves the right to take and publish photographs during the camp. By accepting these terms, parents consent to the use of their child’s images in parent communications, school promotional materials, and similar contexts.

Liability Waiver

During the summer camp, parents agree not to hold YWIES Yantai, its employees, agents, contractors, or representatives liable for any claims or expenses related to the camp, except in cases of the school’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

肖像使用许可

烟台耀华保留在夏令营期间拍摄和发布照片的权利。家长接受本协议条款，即表示同意学校使用学生照片，包括但不限于家校沟通、学校宣传材料等用途。

责任豁免

在暑期夏令营期间，家长同意不要求烟台耀华及其雇员、代理人、第三方独立承包方或法人代表承担与本暑期夏令营相关的任何索赔或费用，除非因学校故意行为或重大过失导致。
